Flight Simulator Experiences Welcome to our Flight Simulator Experiences page or as they are more commonly referred to these days 'red letter days'. We are able to offer these superb experiences on a variety of aircraft, the Boeing B747-200 Classic, the Boeing B727-200 Series and the wonderful wide-body Lockheed L1011 TriStar. The experiences make excellent gifts and at least 80% of our experiences are purchased as gifts for that special person or occasion. We have a long list of very satisfied customers and can say, hand on heart, that we have never had a single unhappy customer. With all experiences an experienced Instructor will conduct the pre-flight briefing and act as Co-pilot/Safety Pilot for the entire flight ensuring that the person taking the experience spends all of their time in the simulator 'hands-on' i.e. they do all of the flying and do not have to share their time in the cockpit with anybody else. Up to 3 guests may attend the experience and photos and videos may be taken during the flight. At the end of the experience there will be time for a debrief before they are presented with a Certificate of Accomplishment by their Instructor as a memento of their day. The experiences and associated prices shown in this section are for non-professionals i.e. people wanting to have a simulator experience as opposed to professional flying training. We can, however, arrange professional training, airline assessments etc. at the same location but these requests are handled separately. Team Building & Corporate Events Flight simulator experiences also make excellent team building events as team work is essential for the safe operation of these aircraft. We can take up to 4 people at a time into each simulator and following a complete pre-flight briefing all will take their turn acting as the Pilot or Flight Engineer. Those initially observing get a good insight of what will be required of them when we change around and can also be used to video or photograph the event if you wish.
